I’ve found the ultimate breakfast for staying full. At least until I get to work, which means snack time – yay! It should also be kind of healthy, especially if you are one of the many high fat/low carb peeps. Personally, I’m more of a high fat/high carb-person.
As I am a (very) late follower, I only recently started eating paleo bread. The reason I eat it is not that is doesn’t contain gluten, but rather that it’s so easy to bake! No kneading, no flour everywhere, and no swell fail. Just a mix of every seed-looking ingredient from my bulging (and aging) food supply, eggs, oil – bake for 1 hour and lasts for weeks! Well, longer than regular bread at least. And it doesn’t get dry due to the huge amount of oil.
- 1 kilo of mixed seeds, almonds, nuts, raisins or whatever you like
- 1 deciliter olive oil
- 5 eggs
- 2 table spoons sea salt
Mix, pur into loaf pan, and bake for 1 hour at 160 degrees celcius
Slice up the bread, add cheese, eggs, greens (reds), and coffee and you’re good to go. Pssst! Don’t forget the lemon tip!
